VISION
The means of translating mission into practical goal strategies is called vision.
(Habakkuk 2:2) says to “write the vision and make it plain on tablets that he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end, it will speak and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it because it will surely come. It will not tarry.” Therefore we, The Seven Oaks Fellowship, are endeavoring to:

Senior Pastor - Victor Thompson
Carroll Victor Thompson was born May 13, 1934 outside a small town named Vealmoor in West Texas. He was born in a one room adobe house and attended school in a two room school house. Carroll began preaching at nineteen years of age and soon after began to pastor his first church. He the proceeded to attend Southwestern Baptist Theological seminary in Fort Worth and received a Bachelors of Divinity.
Carroll pastored two Baptist Missionary Association churches while in Seminary. And at the close of his education at Southwestern, the BMA chose to accept Carroll’s application for mission endeavors to Brazil. Thus began a nine year journey of ministry in Brazil. At this time Carroll was stricken with a life threatening disease and lay dying in his bed when he had a divine visitation of the Holy Spirit. God filled him with His Spirit and raised him form his bed. It wasn’t long before the BMA heard of this strange experience and the miracles that began to manifest among the churches. They relieved Carroll of his duties.
God spoke to Carroll in 1971, and told him to go to Dallas, TX. After his arrival in Dallas, Gordon Lindsey hired Carroll in 1972 to start the second year program for Christ For The Nations Bible Institute. He started with fourteen students in the prayer room of the Christian Center.
Carroll Thompson has ministered in over 35 nations. He has helped established CFNI in Cluj Romania. He has written three books, “The Bruises of Satan”, “Alienation:, and “You Can Be Righteous”. He has written syllabuses for his classes; “Possess the Land”., ''Romans’, “Doctrinal Foundations”, “In the Beginning”, and “Contemporary Error”, His classes at Christ For The Nations Bible Institute for the past 31 years include; Deliverance,

Apostolic Elder - Dr. Carroll Thompson
I. Raise up a righteous seed on the earth by providing fathers with father’s hearts to a fatherless generation.
1) (Malachi 4:5-6) “Behold I send you Elijah the prophet, before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord [last days], and he will turn the hearts of the father’s to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.” Sonship of the Spirit is found here.
2) (I Cor. 4:15) “For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers.” There are many teachers, pastors, and leaders today, but few with a heart of a father.
II. Provide a mission for ministry that will practice the redeeming and redemptive works of Christ through demonstrations of the Spirit and power (I Cor. 2:1-4)
1) Salvation: Identifying with God’s heart for the lost through acts of compassion and a strong compelling
Gospel presented with sincerity and deep conviction.
2) Deliverance: (Luke 11:20) Jesus said, “But if I cast out demons with the finger of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you.” True discipleship involves actually seeing people set free from
bondages by the power of God.
3) Healing: for the entire man; spirit soul, and body (James 5:14-15)
4) Restoration: build strong families, develop a loving church family, and provide restoration ministry houses for addicts, orphans, and unwed mothers.
III. Restore man’s greatest purpose here on earth which is intimacy with God through worship
1) Tabernacle of David (Amos 9:11) “In that day will I raise up [revive] the Tabernacle of David that has fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of
old; That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen which are called by My Name, saith the Lord that doeth this.” All races and nations will worship God together.
2) Revival involves more than just freedom of worship and music but the releasing of the gifts of the Holy
Spirit and the Glory of God through the body for its edification, renewal, and revival
(I Cor. 12 &14).
“Without vision people perish.”
I, Pastor Victor, have a Dutch friend in Romania, Ronalt Wursthaus, who has a thriving vibrant ministry to the gypsies. At one time he had decided to quit and do something else because of the difficulties of this ministry and the lack of results. God sadly asked him a question as he was packing, “Who is going to do it
then?” He remained faithful. I look at this vision and I can’t get away from it. Can you? I ask you, “Who On
Earth Is Going To Do It?”
